Hi there!

I set up a very similar project last year, the London Vegetable Garden project, where I grew vegetables from the confines of my urban balcony! The blog is here: http://londonvegetablegarden.blogspot.com - feel free to have a look. I wish you all the best for the project and from someone who's grown veg on a balcony, keep the faith - it may be difficult at times, but you will achieve big things!

Best of luck - I shall follow your progress with great interest!

You might want to raise your plants up closer to the grow light, otherwise they might stretch out.

Woot! Growing stuff from seeds is one of the most exhilirating and fascinating things that you can do. No matter how many times I do it, I'm always amazed that a living plant emerges from a tiny pebble of a seed.
